•Assist in menu planning and development, contributing ideas for new dishes and seasonal offerings.
•Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies for their section, and assist in ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
•Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing instruction on cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and kitchen protocols.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
•Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field
•Minimum 5 years of working experience (2 years GCC is a plus)
•Proficient in cooking techniques, flavor combinations, and culinary trends
•Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff and manage inventory and safety protocols
