Key Responsibilities

  • •Define enterprise target-state architectures for AI across business capabilities, value streams, operating model implications, and supporting technology platforms.
  • •Develop and maintain enterprise AI roadmaps and identify near-, mid-, and long-term opportunities across operations and digital channels (including CRM, Salesforce, and partner ecosystems).
  • •Establish repeatable AI implementation patterns, including agent orchestration models, human-in-the-loop designs, integration approaches, and AI lifecycle management.
  • •Advise and guide domain architects, product leaders, and delivery teams on AI design choices, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks.
  • •Embed responsible AI, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance into architecture designs; facilitate cross-functional design sessions and produce executive-ready artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or related roles, with 5+ years operating at enterprise or cross-domain scope.
  • •Proven enterprise/business/solution architecture experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
  • •Ability to translate business strategy into architecture artifacts (capability models, value streams, operating models, solution blueprints).
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative and agentic AI, applied in business or operational contexts.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
