Key Responsibilities

•Define enterprise target-state architectures for AI across business capabilities, value streams, operating model implications, and supporting technology platforms.
•Develop and maintain enterprise AI roadmaps and identify near-, mid-, and long-term opportunities across operations and digital channels (including CRM, Salesforce, and partner ecosystems).
•Establish repeatable AI implementation patterns, including agent orchestration models, human-in-the-loop designs, integration approaches, and AI lifecycle management.
•Advise and guide domain architects, product leaders, and delivery teams on AI design choices, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks.
•Embed responsible AI, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance into architecture designs; facilitate cross-functional design sessions and produce executive-ready artifacts.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or related roles, with 5+ years operating at enterprise or cross-domain scope.
•Proven enterprise/business/solution architecture experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
•Ability to translate business strategy into architecture artifacts (capability models, value streams, operating models, solution blueprints).
•Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative and agentic AI, applied in business or operational contexts.
•Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
