Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a range of civil construction projects.
  • •Organize and direct construction and related activities within assigned area(s) or multiple disciplines.
  • •Ensure jobsite operations comply with design/specifications and meet completion targets for schedule, budget, and quality.
  • •Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day jobsite activities or coordinate with the client’s resident representatives.
  • •Interface with field management and administrative staff, particularly the Project Manager, to coordinate daily operations.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Civil Engineering/Construction Project Management (or related) with 6 years of construction superintendent experience, or AA/AS with 8 years, or HSD/GED with 10 years (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •6 years of experience as a construction Superintendent in heavy civil construction projects.
  • •Experience in excavation and structural construction, including caisson support and infrastructure.
  • •Experience with construction sequence, subcontractor management, construction documentation, and construction software.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and NYC Site Safety Training (SST) Certification.
