Key Private Bank Client Relationship Associate

Support the Key Private Bank relationship team by onboarding new clients, conducting proactive outreach, and ensuring top-tier client service. Prepare client meeting materials, maintain CRM data in Salesforce, coordinate onboarding and officer transitions, and assist with deposit and lending operations. Identify retention and expansion opportunities, educate clients on digital resources, and help advisors and clients with financial planning support while improving the client experience.
