Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for test case management and test run management as one connected capability.
  • •Define and maintain the traceability model linking requirement to test case to test run to result to defect, including coverage and readiness measures for gate review.
  • •Own the architecture of the test case library and the paradigm for execution traceability across campaigns, labs, benches, rigs, tracks, and test fleet vehicles.
  • •Reconcile hardware and software execution into a single program-level verification picture and partner with test engineering on platform automation boundaries.
  • •Lead launches with pilot selection, readiness criteria, phased rollout, fallback planning, and post-launch measurement of adoption and data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Product management experience with end-to-end ownership of an enterprise, internal platform, or business systems product.
  • •Direct experience with verification or test management as a product or process domain (requirements management, test case management, test run management).
  • •Working understanding of how hardware verification and software verification differ while enabling a program-level answer.
  • •Proven ownership of a system of record (not just reporting), ensuring data correctness and downstream consequences.
  • •Data literacy and technical fluency, including Jira/JQL and working SQL (or equivalent), with strong systems and data thinking.
