Provide classified IT support for air-gapped Linux/Windows systems, implement DISA STIG-based hardening, and maintain secure, compliant infrastructure across on-site environments for Intelligence Community customers. Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, write clear documentation, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while coordinating with on-site and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier IT support to employees across classified systems
•Install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot air-gapped classified IT systems with diverse OS and hardware
•Provide on-call, on-site IT support if systems become non-operational
•Write instructional documentation and convey highly technical ideas in non-technical terms
•Perform security hardening of systems using DISA STIGs and other best practice security guidelines

Key Requirements

•DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification (Security+, CySA+, CISSP, etc)
•Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
•Experience with physical hardware - servers, cabling, desktops, laptops, phones, tablets
•Experience building, deploying and troubleshooting air-gapped IT systems
•Experience with security hardening using DISA STIGs and other best practice guidelines
