Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full design lifecycle for feature initiatives, from discovery and user research to wireframing, interactive prototyping, and pixel-perfect production delivery.
  • •Partner with PM and Engineering leads to translate user needs and business requirements into clear, validated design solutions.
  • •Plan and execute evaluative user research (usability testing, user interviews) and use quantitative metrics to validate design hypotheses.
  • •Apply and advocate for the design system across web and mobile experiences, identifying gaps and proposing new components.
  • •Collaborate with developers during handoff and QA, present design trade-offs to stakeholders, and integrate AI tools to accelerate design workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •3–4 years of full-time UX/UI design experience for agile, consumer-facing digital products (e-commerce, food delivery, or hyper-scale platforms).
  • •Strong product design portfolio showing end-to-end problem-solving, UX rationale, edge-case consideration, and polished visual UI.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, interactive prototyping) and familiarity with AI design tools.
  • •Experience using qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics (A/B testing, funnels, heatmaps) to guide design iterations.
