Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and nurture broker relationships to increase market presence for Workforce Benefits.
  • •Conduct face-to-face consultative meetings to understand broker/customer needs and provide competitive solutions.
  • •Maintain broker relationships to drive policy renewals and close new business opportunities.
  • •Manage accounts and pipeline via target account lists and a comprehensive sales process, including marketing programs and educational seminars.
  • •Build and execute annual business plans, forecast sales, maximize enrollment results, and partner with the Director of Enrollment on enrollment strategy and materials.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required.
  • •College degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • •3+ years selling Life and Disability Voluntary Benefits insurance products with strong knowledge of the Life and DI market and products.
  • •Must have solid relationships with key brokers, agents, and consultants in your territory.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, plus experience with CRM systems and/or enrollment solutions/benefits administration systems.
