Job Summary

Lead the PMC as the Owner’s single point of accountability for a multi-billion-dollar renewable energy and cross-border transmission program. Provide independent governance, integration, assurance, and delivery oversight across engineering, procurement, construction, marine installation, commercial, cost, schedule, risk, HSE, quality, permitting, and commissioning. Coordinate EPC/EPCI/OEM contractors and stakeholders across Singapore, Indonesia, and China to protect safety, outcomes, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide independent leadership and governance for the PMC across all phases from development through commissioning and handover, including stage-gate reviews and readiness assessments.
•Direct integrated project delivery across generation, transmission, marine, and grid connection workstreams, ensuring alignment of engineering, construction, marine, grid, regulatory, and operational readiness interfaces.
•Oversee engineering management and technical assurance, including independent assurance for Solar PV, BESS, HVAC transmission systems, subsea cable systems, substations, and grid connections.
•Lead commercial, contract, and cost management oversight, including change control, claims/disputes, and forecasting/contingency management.
•Oversee schedule and project controls, marine and subsea cable installation oversight, and HSE and quality assurance, including commissioning and handover readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
•25+ years of major project delivery experience, including 10+ years in senior project leadership roles.
•Demonstrated delivery of utility-scale energy infrastructure projects exceeding US$1 billion.
•Experience delivering renewable energy (Solar PV and/or BESS) and transmission infrastructure (high-voltage substations and cable systems).
•Significant experience managing EPC and EPCI contractors, leading large multidisciplinary project teams, and working with Chinese EPC contractors on cross-border energy projects.
