Roadway Engineers and Designers to join our growing Transportation team for southern US projects, working on roadway design, CAD modeling, and open road/highway design using Bentley MicroStation/Open Roads. Roles include junior, mid, and senior levels on alternative delivery projects and mega-projects, with opportunities to contribute to design calculations and highway infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in roadway design for highway projects, including calculations for Superelevation, Stopping Sight Distance (SSD) and Decision Sight Distance (DSD) and lane design.
•Create roadway CAD designs and models using Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads.
•Contribute to Design-Build or Alternative Delivery projects and complex interstate highway design.
•Collaborate with project teams and state DOTs to ensure compliance with the 2018 AASHTO Green Book and other standards.
•Support junior, mid and senior team members on megaprojects and project-wide road design tasks.

•BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

•EIT Certification or PE License
•State DOT experience
