Key Responsibilities

  • •Service, troubleshoot, and commission heat exchangers at customer sites; perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
  • •Analyze technical issues on-site and provide resolution support; manage follow-up requests with customers
  • •Prepare in advance and plan work efficiently to enable rapid service delivery
  • •Draft on-site service reports, obtain customer signatures, and update service details in IT systems
  • •Follow safety rules, report hazards, and share installed-base insights with the sales team to identify opportunities
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma from a junior college or equivalent qualification
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • •Willingness to work outdoors and travel about 70% of the time
  • •Intermediate English communication skills
  • •Customer-facing with strong communication and sense of responsibility
