Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and synthesize customer/market feedback to define and prioritize solution roadmaps with Portfolio Managers and Engineering.
  • •Manage product lifecycle continuity aligned with core platform updates including Palantir Foundry, Skywise Ontology, and proprietary components.
  • •Define and maintain standard Statements of Work (SOWs) and product offerability policies, including governance for transitions from standard to custom/complex deals.
  • •Lead technical pre-sales and Business Process Reviews (BPRs) for complex enterprise deals; assess and mitigate technical implementation risks across bidding, contracting, and deployment.
  • •Partner with regional delivery teams on key milestones and act as a technical escalation point for L3 support, while elevating the brand via whitepapers and industry conferences.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Aviation/Airline Management, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or AI (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years in the aviation industry with direct experience defining or deploying digital enterprise solutions.
  • •2+ years hands-on experience with Big Data, Data Analytics, PaaS, or AI solutions.
  • •Strong track record managing end-to-end digital product lifecycles in global, distributed team environments.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong stakeholder management across organizational levels.
