•Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics operators; set clear goals and KPIs and run daily performance management routines.
•Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality end-to-end cleanroom logistics processes, including material availability aligned with production needs.
•Drive continuous improvement through data-driven problem solving, root cause analysis, and Lean execution (standard work, 5S, waste reduction).
•Make timely operational decisions in a high-pressure environment and respond rapidly to disruptions or deviations.
•Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety, quality, and contamination standards while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 77,000 - 87,000 annually
