Drive operational efficiency and scalability across Coursera’s partner account management ecosystem. •Collaborate with Partner Success stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical requirements and scalable process improvements.
•Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement automated solutions, leveraging GenAI to improve partner account management and content launch efficiency.
•Lead internal change management and manage the technical transition to new systems and workflows.
•Develop and maintain SOPs, compliance standards, and quality controls for consistent, high-quality partner account management.
•Establish and monitor performance metrics, and manage technical projects from requirements to solution delivery and success measurement across cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in business operations, technical program management, or systems-oriented roles, with experience scaling complex workflows in high-growth environments.
•Experience architecting and deploying logic-based automations or system improvements from the ground up (e.g., no-code/low-code, CRM customization, automated workflows).
•Strong end-to-end project lifecycle management, including leading high-stakes change initiatives across global, distributed teams.
•Hands-on experience with CRM architecture (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and structuring data/workflows for scalability.
•Ability to use data to identify systemic trends, monitor performance metrics, and drive proactive operational improvements.
