Branch Leader - Caladesi

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and managing teammates while executing branch business development. Grow Small Business and Mass Affluent through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and manage human capital activities including hiring and performance reviews. Partner with IRM and operations to promote a One Team culture.
