Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and review engineering tasks for effective execution, overseeing end-to-end processes and projects for internal and external clients.
  • •Assess customer sites for design requirements and complete complex integrated system designs with technical requirements.
  • •Prepare and issue design submittals per engineering standards, ensure commitment dates are met, and coordinate submittal approval with sales and delivery teams.
  • •Prepare and manage project documentation and handover, including coordinating with design departments for drawing submissions and approvals.
  • •Coordinate with vendor/supplier representatives on design, commissioning, and HO requirements; support pre-engineering activities to achieve on-time BOQ design delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12+ years of work experience in a design environment with extensive on-site knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, access control systems, and BMS, including data center systems and networking systems.
  • •Proven track record delivering technology-based project designs and engineering.
  • •Experience reviewing mechanical plans and engineering design deliverables, including study of contract documents/tenders.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD, BIM modeling, and Revit; domain exposure to building management and fire alarm systems is preferred.
