Job Summary

Own Pemo’s partner channel as a measurable pipeline engine for UAE SMEs. Identify, sign, and activate strategic partners (accounting firms, free zones, and chambers), close the first deals yourself, then build repeatable processes for vetting, enablement, referral tracking, and lead routing. Develop a partner enablement kit, manage partner agreements end to end with Legal, and turn partner/event presence into attributable pipeline while reporting monthly to the CRO.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and own partner-sourced pipeline against a quota of 10x OTE, reporting transparently to the CRO monthly.
•Sign and activate partnerships with accounting firms, free zones, and chambers of commerce across the UAE, prioritized by real reach into Pemo’s ICP.
•Close the first deals from every new partnership personally to prove the channel works.
•Create a repeatable partner process for sourcing, vetting, enablement, referral tracking, and lead routing to the AE team.
•Own partner agreements end to end and represent Pemo at partner and ecosystem events to convert presence into pipeline.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in B2B SaaS or fintech with direct closing experience and revenue/pipeline quota ownership.
•Proven ability to turn signed partnerships into active, attributable pipeline and revenue.
•Experience structuring and negotiating partner and referral agreements.
•Strong ownership mindset to build a channel from scratch and hit targets autonomously.
•Strong written and verbal English.
