Senior Design Manager

Lead the creative direction for the e-commerce brand, translating briefs into design direction across product pages, media campaigns, CRM visuals, and UI/UX. Partner with digital marketing, e-commerce, UX, product, and on-site teams to align brand standards and deliver impactful creative. Oversee end-to-end creative delivery and optimize outputs for e-commerce performance while managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary design team.
