Senior Industrial Designer

Deliver industrial design engineering work for defined subsystems by implementing designs to requirements and participating in reviews. Execute validation, automate measurements, analyze results, and report findings to improve measurement accuracy, documentation, and defect prevention. Perform ergonomic and structural analyses to support pre-compliance, contribute to ECOs, and sustain fixes. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to align proposals with quality, business goals, and product specifications.
