•Build and inspire a high-performing team through recruiting, development, and retention of top-tier talent.
•Strengthen executive-level client relationships with transit agencies, positioning AECOM as a long-term strategic partner.
•Own business performance with P&L accountability, translating strategy into revenue growth, backlog expansion, and project profitability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 300,000 annually
