Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage calendar management and deconfliction across multiple workstream leads, including onsite coordination and Navy stakeholder meetings.
  • •Coordinate supplier engagements end-to-end, tracking availability and coverage for rolling on/off schedules.
  • •Drive the weekly update process: gather inputs, write the narrative, make it look sharp, and distribute to the broader team.
  • •Manage onboarding logistics (hard badge and laptop requests, access follow-ups) and support in-office customer visits and events.
  • •Book domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports, while maintaining records and submitting expenses for key team members.
