Facilities Engineering & Infrastructure Lead

Oversee MEP-related capital improvements and infrastructure upgrades across the portfolio, coordinating Facilities, Engineering, Operations, and external contractors to deliver safe, efficient projects. Lead contractor oversight and review of drawings and technical submittals, manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. Serve as a technical liaison supporting capital planning, budgeting input, and system performance upgrades, while maintaining documentation and providing updates to Facilities leadership.
