Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee MEP contractors for infrastructure upgrades, retrofits, and facility improvements, including safety compliance and quality of work.
  • •Plan and coordinate facility projects such as HVAC upgrades, electrical improvements, plumbing modifications, life safety improvements, and system expansions.
  • •Develop and track project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and manage risk, escalations, and mitigation strategies.
  • •Coordinate outages and construction activities to minimize operational disruption while ensuring compliance with company standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain project documentation (cost tracking, status updates, turnover documentation) and provide regular updates to Facilities leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
