Business Analyst

Support contract administration for Stage IV construction projects with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. You’ll review and process contractor payment applications and documentation, coordinate with Resident Engineer offices and internal departments for timely payments, and help prepare construction contract closeout materials. Maintain accurate contract records, ensure compliance with agency procedures, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve payment and administration issues from a fully on-site role in Jersey City.
