Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Develop and maintain a multi-year portfolio plan for data center shell capacity across priority geographies.
  • ā€¢Translate compute forecasts, IT-load requirements, rack-density assumptions, power schedules, cooling requirements, and deployment timelines into site and building requirements.
  • ā€¢Determine timing and readiness needs for securing, designing, constructing, commissioning, and fitting shell capacity.
  • ā€¢Integrate schedules across land, utilities, interconnection, permitting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and network readiness into a single capacity view.
  • ā€¢Identify capacity gaps and risks (schedule conflicts, stranded capacity, dependencies) and build dashboards and executive-ready materials to communicate them.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢8+ years of experience in data center development, infrastructure planning, capacity planning, real estate development, construction planning, program controls, or related fields.
  • ā€¢Experience developing or managing portfolio-level plans across multiple data center sites, buildings, or infrastructure programs.
  • ā€¢Strong understanding of the data center development lifecycle from site readiness and power delivery through design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operational turnover.
  • ā€¢Ability to translate technical and demand requirements into facility-capacity, schedule, and phasing decisions.
