Key Requirements

  • •High school with 10+ years (or commensurate experience) in change management.
  • •13+ years total IT experience, primarily in change management.
  • •5+ years of progressive IT service management experience with a significant focus on change management, including complex enterprise changes.
  • •Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 principles and advanced change management practices, with enterprise change management tools/platforms.
  • •Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage high-risk changes; demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
