Key Responsibilities

  • •Review master plan and detailed master plan submittals by the internal team and consultants.
  • •Provide support review and advisory services on master planning matters to Project Management during construction stage.
  • •Manage the selection and work of master planning consultants; Ensure quality, budget and time compliance of the consultant’s work in accordance with the service contract.
  • •Manage service contracts including preparing RFPs, and processing payments and variations.
  • •Evaluate and select proposals of master planning consultants with focus on quality insurance, budget and time compliance of the consultant’s work in accordance with the service contract and Aldar standards.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in real estate architecture or design of residential, mixed-use and vertical assets
  • •4+ years in a managerial position
  • •Bachelor degree in engineering, architecture or equivalent
  • •Technical post-graduate degree is preferred
  • •Deep exposure to GCC region and adjacent markets preferred
