Project Manager (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations)

Lead client-side project management for a Build-to-Lease procurement model, guiding the full development lifecycle from feasibility and scope definition through procurement, construction delivery, commissioning, and handover. Manage pre- and post-contract administration, including tender evaluations, change control, payment certification, claims, and schedule control. Provide technical oversight focused on MEP systems for aviation and turbine MRO facilities, and deliver regular cost, schedule, risk, and quality reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
