Key Responsibilities

  • •Support workstream planning, governance, and reporting activities.
  • •Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency registers.
  • •Coordinate status reports, governance packs, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Track milestones, deliverables, and remediation activities, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • •Support governance meetings (agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking) and keep documentation and programme artefacts up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or programme support role in a change or transformation environment.
  • •Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Experience supporting governance, reporting, RAID management, and project planning.
  • •Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting skills.
  • •Familiarity with risk, remediation, regulatory change, or Third-Party Risk Management programmes (desirable), and knowledge of Clarity, JIRA, or MS Project (advantageous).
