Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, respond to, and resolve ADM client issues and questions with timely, accurate support.
  • •Investigate complex alternative investment data sets to resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
  • •Evaluate issue criticality and coordinate with internal ADM teams (Collections, Operations) to drive resolution.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams to fix underlying issues.
  • •Help clients maximize ADM platform value through functional and conceptual guidance, and improve team processes/documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • •1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, ideally in financial services or investment management.
  • •Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • •Proficiency in maths and comfort working in complex data sets.
  • •Plus: familiarity with alternative investment data and operational nuances (or prior investment management/alternative investments experience).
