Key Responsibilities

  • •Own outcomes end-to-end: frame the problem, design it, ship it, and own the metric wherever deployed.
  • •Ship responsive, accessible React product interfaces, backed by Node.js/Python services and APIs, and keep multi-tenant batch products and data pipelines reliable as they scale.
  • •Use systems design judgment to build and scale product surfaces and the underlying platform, including reliability, performance, security, and on-call for owned systems.
  • •Prototype quickly, descoping to the cheapest version that works, propose what to build/defer/kill, and write decision memos and ADRs.
  • •Stay close to customers by shadowing sales/support and participating in advisory conversations; build AI-assisted workflows and evaluate AI output critically.

  • •Strong product judgment: pushing back on specs, running cheap experiments, and collaborating with Product on solutions.
