Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide vision, operational leadership, and financial oversight for a portfolio of complex flow monitoring and I/I programs.
  • •Manage, mentor, and resource a multidisciplinary team (~15 staff) and coordinate scheduling and workload across concurrent municipal projects.
  • •Oversee group financial performance including project budgeting, profitability tracking, and forecasting.
  • •Lead business development, champion proposal writing, and secure new municipal or private utility contracts while advising key clients.
  • •Establish and enforce technical and safety standards for flow meter/rain gauge deployment, calibration, maintenance, and compliant field activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering (or closely related field).
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation within Canada.
  • •8+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience with large-scale sanitary sewer projects.
  • •3+ years directly managing teams of 10+ people.
  • •Proven track record directing large-scale sanitary sewer flow monitoring networks and conducting dry/wet weather and I/I analysis.
