Job Summary

Build and deploy AI infrastructure for plaintiff law firms, guiding engagements from discovery through activation of live AI agents. Own client outcomes by mapping how work actually happens, architecting agents tailored to each practice area, and improving usage and business metrics like cycle time, cases per attorney, and revenue per matter. You’ll advise senior attorneys and also configure and prove the system until it’s real, while leaving behind internal builders to continue after you leave.

Key Responsibilities

•Own engagements across a book of plaintiff law firms, discovering operations and architecting AI agents that fit each firm’s needs.
•Get firms to their first wave of live agents and develop internal builders who can continue after you leave.
•Increase adoption from light usage to broader agent deployment across most of a firm’s practice, validated through usage data.
•Build reusable workflow maps, agent specs, and playbook patterns to make each new engagement faster.
•Prepare engagement portfolios for conversion and earn enough trust with senior attorneys to establish clear internal ownership early.
