Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of nuclear power generation projects across plant modifications, life extension, uprates, new equipment integration, licensing support, outage support, and capital programs.
  • •Establish delivery approach, governance, and execution plans aligned to client scope, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors/vendors, ensuring effective interface management across plant stakeholders.
  • •Maintain nuclear safety culture and ensure work is planned and executed with appropriate rigor, accountability, and conservative decision-making.
  • •Own project financial performance, schedule development/performance, risk mitigation, change management, and executive/client reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •8 years of experience delivering projects in the nuclear power generation industry (utility, OEM, EPC/AE, or nuclear consultancy).
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex, high-stakes projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Experience and understanding of nuclear industry expectations related to safety culture, QA, configuration management, and document rigor.
  • •Proven client-facing leadership supporting pursuits/proposals or expanding client scope, with ability to meet site access requirements when required by the client.
