Build and optimize machine learning systems for TikTok Ads, helping create next-generation automatic delivery products and a world-class ranking model. You’ll work on improving advertising funnel efficiency (recall/rough-sort, fine-sort, CTR/CVR, and personalization), research frontier ML/DL, RL, and LLM approaches, and help design scalable recommendation and ads serving frameworks in collaboration with product and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in optimizing advertising funnel efficiency, including recall/rough-sort, fine-sort (CTR/CVR), personalization, and system resource allocation.
•Research and develop advanced global advertising delivery systems using frontier ML/DL, RL, LLM, and scaling law approaches for ads recommendation.
•Design and set up system frameworks and standards to continuously improve efficiency and support different vertical business needs.
•Collaborate with product and business teams across scenarios with global impact.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
•Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python, with familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
•Experience with a Linux development environment.
•Strong analytical thinking and essential knowledge in statistics.
•Theoretical grounding in deep learning and experience with at least one mainstream ML framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet).
