Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional automotive painting experience, including base coats, tri-coats, solid/metallic/clear coats.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
  • •Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use required safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask) and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
