Job Summary

Own and advance global demand forecasting across regions and channels, translating long-range and seasonal plans into actionable insights for inventory, capacity, and operational decisions. Partner with Global Finance, Global Product Line Managers, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and business leaders to reconcile an omni-channel forecast, drive inventory efficiency, improve fulfillment performance, and lead forecast process and analytics continuous-improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive improvements in the forecast process and best practices to increase forecast accuracy metrics season-over-season and year-over-year.
•Partner with Global Finance and Global Product Line Managers to create and reconcile a global, omni-channel demand forecast and seasonal financial targeting inputs.
•Conduct operational reviews with cross-functional leaders (Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and product/finance stakeholders) to support planning decisions.
•Facilitate long-range forecasting analysis to improve supply chain and manufacturing planning, including hind-sighting and assortment optimization.
•Drive global inventory efficiency and fulfillment improvements through inventory target setting, carryover decisions, balancing demand/supply, and leading cross-functional continuous-improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or a related discipline (MBA desirable).
•5+ years of professional experience in enterprise/global planning, forecasting, supply chain, analytics, or related fields.
•Broad understanding of the apparel/footwear industry and global marketplace.
•Strong forecasting skills, preferably with Blue Yonder and/or other statistical forecasting applications.
•Strong data analysis using business intelligence and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred), plus advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
