Key Responsibilities

  • •Provides electrical engineering expertise to technical Management of Change (MoCs) and Engineering Queries (EQs).
  • •Provides electrical engineering expertise to hazard identification and risk assessment processes.
  • •Provides electrical engineering expertise in performing incident investigations and defect assessments.
  • •Ensures that the inspection, testing, maintenance and condition monitoring tasks are aligned with the technical intent of Equipment Strategies.
  • •Develops and updates the technical content of Equipment Strategies based on equipment performance feedback and performs periodic review of planned inspection & maintenance effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • •Professional accreditation – Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer
  • •Substantial experience and technical understanding of engineering, maintenance and operation of electrical equipment in oil & gas facilities
  • •Knowledge of governing codes, industry standards and local regulations relevant to electrical engineering, and proven ability in practical application of engineering standards and practices for electrical equipment
  • •Sound stakeholder management experience.
