Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate air, ocean, express, and trucking transportation, managing urgent shipments and escalation cases to meet critical requirements.
  • •Monitor carrier performance, transit times, and delivery commitments, and support transportation cost optimization initiatives.
  • •Ensure import/export transactions comply with local and global trade regulations, maintaining logistics records and documentation per retention requirements.
  • •Support internal and external audits related to trade compliance and logistics operations, and submit government-required logistics and customs reporting when necessary.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, quality, and cost, including supporting logistics automation/digitalization/AI initiatives and developing SOPs and work instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •0–2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, supply chain, or import/export operations.
  • •Knowledge of Incoterms and international transportation practices.
  • •Understanding of customs regulations and trade compliance requirements.
  • •Experience with SAP ERP and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or equivalent).
