Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop end-to-end test strategy and plans spanning downstream regression, SIT, and UAT, defining objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • •Maintain and execute SIT regression suites and manage business-driven UAT test cases, including ensuring prerequisites and schedules are met.
  • •Coordinate performance testing scripts when required and implement SIT/UAT entry/exit quality gates with remedial actions.
  • •Manage defects raised during SIT/UAT execution through resolution and produce SIT/UAT summary reports and daily status updates.
  • •Manage test team activities, coordinate across lines of business, and support creation of robust end-to-end business test scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •AI testing experience is mandatory and includes AI agents orchestration knowledge.
  • •Experience with test data analysis and iterative/Agile (or similar) methodology.
  • •Proficiency with industry-standard test management tools such as MS Azure DevOps and defect management workflows.
  • •ISEB/ISTQB (or equivalent) certification in testing, plus experience validating non-functional/performance aspects and using CI/CD tools (ADO, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD).
