Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, profitability analyses, tax returns, and regulatory financial reporting.
  • •Ensure accuracy and conformity of accounting records, reconciliations, and financial reporting; escalate significant issues.
  • •Coordinate annual budgeting and prepare periodic forecasts, financial projections, and scenario analyses.
  • •Analyze actual performance vs. budget/forecast to identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actions.
  • •Supervise and develop Finance team members and improve financial processes, controls, and management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; professional certification or postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • •8–12 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably in banking or financial services, with supervisory or team management exposure.
  • •Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
  • •Strong understanding of banking profitability, balance sheet dynamics, and key financial/business drivers.
  • •Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities to translate financial data into recommendations for senior management.
