Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and deposit/lending products, including certificates of deposit, home equity, and unsecured lending.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals through proactive calling, prospecting, and referral-building.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and assist with Teller line transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence to support client acquisition and relationship growth.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel).
