  • •Understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions and techniques independently with initiative and thought leadership.
  • •Demonstrate team management and strong stakeholder management skills; provide leadership to a span of Data Scientists.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage data for business solutions.
  • •Quickly learn new languages/tools/platforms as needed to deliver solutions.
  • •Design, implement, and deliver high-quality AIML solutions; coordinate with engineering and product teams to deploy models and monitor outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5.6-11 years in core Data Science & Machine Learning projects.
  • •Expert level proficiency in at least one of R and Python.
  • •Experience with end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, insights, visualizations, monitoring and maintenance.
  • •Strong skills in data structures and ML algorithms; ability to create efficient solutions to complex problems.
