Senior Data Scientist leading AI/ML initiatives within the AIML-ADM team. You will guide end-to-end data science projects, collaborate with engineering and product teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-impact models across domains such as customer segmentation, propensity modelling, churn, forecasting, and pricing optimization.

•Understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions and techniques independently with initiative and thought leadership.
•Demonstrate team management and strong stakeholder management skills; provide leadership to a span of Data Scientists.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage data for business solutions.
•Quickly learn new languages/tools/platforms as needed to deliver solutions.
•Design, implement, and deliver high-quality AIML solutions; coordinate with engineering and product teams to deploy models and monitor outcomes.

Key Requirements

•5.6-11 years in core Data Science & Machine Learning projects.
•Expert level proficiency in at least one of R and Python.
•Experience with end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, insights, visualizations, monitoring and maintenance.
•Strong skills in data structures and ML algorithms; ability to create efficient solutions to complex problems.
•Ability to understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions & techniques independently with proactive/thought leadership.
