Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the nuclear safety case team and project portfolio, deputising for the Discipline Lead as required.
  • •Support winning work by aiding bidding processes related to nuclear safety and ensuring right-first-time technical delivery.
  • •Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, standards and guidance to leadership and clients.
  • •Mentor and coach the nuclear safety case team and drive delivery of training for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Oversee end-to-end project delivery from concept to commissioning, coordinating with clients, regulators and contractors.

  • •Experience: Extensive track record developing nuclear safety cases in the nuclear sector.
  • •Leadership: Exceptional leadership with ability to influence engineers in defining and executing engineering work packages.
  • •Project Delivery: Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery and lifecycle oversight.
  • •Communication: Ability to prepare and present technical material and conduct peer reviews.
  • •Qualifications: MEng/BEng in Science or Engineering; Chartered Engineer or working towards.
