Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the nuclear safety case team and project portfolio, deputising for the Discipline Lead as required.
•Support winning work by aiding bidding processes related to nuclear safety and ensuring right-first-time technical delivery.
•Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, standards and guidance to leadership and clients.
•Mentor and coach the nuclear safety case team and drive delivery of training for internal and external stakeholders.
•Oversee end-to-end project delivery from concept to commissioning, coordinating with clients, regulators and contractors.

•Experience: Extensive track record developing nuclear safety cases in the nuclear sector.
•Leadership: Exceptional leadership with ability to influence engineers in defining and executing engineering work packages.

•Communication: Ability to prepare and present technical material and conduct peer reviews.
•Qualifications: MEng/BEng in Science or Engineering; Chartered Engineer or working towards.
