Job Summary

Provide professional spa and wellness therapies, beauty treatments, and massages while maintaining high service standards. Welcome and consult clients, assess needs and health history, and recommend customized treatment plans. Perform massages, facials, scrubs, wraps, and therapeutic relaxation services using correct techniques and products. Ensure strict hygiene and sanitation, manage appointment flow with spa teams, maintain accurate client records, and support ongoing training and client education.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct consultations to assess client needs, health history, and preferences, and recommend appropriate spa treatments.
•Deliver a range of therapies including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and related relaxation treatments using suitable techniques and products.
•Provide personalized care during each client’s spa experience to ensure comfort, privacy, and satisfaction.
•Stay up to date on spa products, ingredients, and brands to make informed recommendations and enhance the client experience.
•Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards, manage appointment schedules, and document client consultations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience and 3 years relevant working experience.
•Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to perform safe spa treatments and tailor services to individual needs.
•Proficiency in massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage.
•Knowledge of skincare products and treatments such as facials, exfoliation, and mask applications.
•Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring clean linens and towels.
