Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver multidisciplinary technical project management for greenfield and brownfield initiatives, including data center MEP architecture design and implementation.
  • •Provide technical advisory and SME support for end-user product compliance and data center collocation requirements.
  • •Develop and produce technical bid documents and perform techno-commercial evaluation to support contract decisions.
  • •Oversee feasibility analyses, qualitative/quantitative technical analyses, and sustainable solutions to reduce carbon footprint and improve indoor environment quality.
  • •Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and AHJ representatives; manage construction/site development, commissioning, closeout, and verification/approval of bills and invoices.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in technical project management for MEP and data center engineering projects.
  • •BE and MBA education (as stated).
  • •Expertise in MEP (HVAC) engineering design, public health engineering, and sustainable solution scrutiny for energy savings and indoor environment quality.
  • •Experience creating technical bid documents, performing techno-commercial evaluation, and supporting bid recommendation/conclusion.
  • •Ability to manage complex, high-profile projects across multiple workstreams, coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and subject matter experts through feasibility, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
