Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary architectural representative on-site, ensuring all works align with approved designs and specifications.
•Monitor construction activities daily to verify compliance with architectural standards, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
•Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups, ensuring they meet design intent and project requirements.
•Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve design-related issues promptly and effectively.
•Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports highlighting progress, deviations, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
•12–15 years of experience, with proven expertise in industrial projects and site supervision
•Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industrial design standards
•Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
