Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide immediate first aid and emergency nursing care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, including triage and stabilization until transfer.
  • •Deliver occupational health services such as pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments, and support fitness-for-duty and work restriction programs.
  • •Manage daily on-site clinic operations, ensuring DOH compliance, clinic cleanliness, infection prevention, and safe medication and consumables storage.
  • •Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure employee medical records; document consultations, treatments, incidents, and referrals; prepare monthly reports.
  • •Implement infection prevention and control measures and ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste, sterilization, disinfection, and hand hygiene compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution in the home country.
  • •Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including a recent hospital assignment, with at least 2 years in an Emergency Department.
  • •Valid license to work as a registered nurse with the relevant regulatory health authority.
  • •Manage your own professional re-licensure.
  • •Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card and be able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
