Job Summary

Promote Julphar’s products and services to healthcare providers, KOLs, and other key stakeholders within an assigned Iraq territory. Serve as a trusted advisor to support buying decisions through appropriate therapeutic solutions. Manage territory development, sales/marketing plan execution, territory coverage, CRM implementation, reporting, and competitor market intelligence—while ensuring strong customer relationships and driving revenue and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
•Develop and manage the assigned sales territory, including customers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
•Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan and territory coverage plan (sales calls and visit frequency).
•Maintain customer records and submit daily/monthly and CRM reports per country reporting system.
•Identify new customers and prospect for new business opportunities while driving revenue and profit growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
•Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
•Strong working knowledge of distributor/agents operations, government accounts, tendering processes, contracting, and pricing methods.
•Functional knowledge of clinical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including pharma supply chain, dispensing requirements, and drug distribution channels.
•Proven ability to build partnerships with country teams and Head Office marketing and medical teams.
