Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • •Develop and manage the assigned sales territory, including customers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
  • •Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan and territory coverage plan (sales calls and visit frequency).
  • •Maintain customer records and submit daily/monthly and CRM reports per country reporting system.
  • •Identify new customers and prospect for new business opportunities while driving revenue and profit growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • •Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • •Strong working knowledge of distributor/agents operations, government accounts, tendering processes, contracting, and pricing methods.
  • •Functional knowledge of clinical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including pharma supply chain, dispensing requirements, and drug distribution channels.
  • •Proven ability to build partnerships with country teams and Head Office marketing and medical teams.
