Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
