Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead first-silicon bring-up, board validation, and early silicon debug.
  • •Develop detailed electrical characterization plans across DC/AC/parametric/functional measurements and characterize PVT corners.
  • •Perform post-silicon characterization of ASIC/SoC/Memory products and execute lab measurements using specialized test equipment.
  • •Debug silicon issues (timing, noise, stability, margin loss, functional failures) and recommend design/firmware/test fixes.
  • •Automate measurements and analysis using Python/MATLAB, process large lab/silicon data sets, and produce characterization reports with conclusions and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 8 years of industry experience in high-speed post-silicon electrical characterization.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or a related field.
  • •Strong understanding of CMOS fundamentals, analog/digital circuits, and high-speed interfaces.
  • •Hands-on experience with post-silicon electrical characterization and deep knowledge of SI/PI, timing analysis, jitter, noise coupling, and Channel loss/SerDes.
  • •Proficiency with lab equipment operation, debugging, and Python scripting/automation; knowledge of DDR/LPDDR/PCIe and JEDEC/PCI-SIG standards is required.
